Texas Brigade Armory builds custom rifles. Turn-around time can be anywhere from 6 months to 12 months. Law-enforcement duty rifles usually get priority if requested. Standard M40 series and M24 rifles will be built to shop standards. You may request modifications to your standard rifle or specify a completely custom rifle to fit your needs.

For standard models, please indicate the following in your order:

1. Your length of pull (range of LOP if adjustable buttstock)
2. The scope you intend to use if you are not purchasing a scope from TBA

If you do not specify, your rifle will have the following:

• Standard LOP: 13/58"
• Scope Mount: 30 MM tube and a 40 MM objective
• All M40A1, A3, & A4 Stocks: Forest Camo
• M40A2 & M24 Stocks: Black
• Barrel on M40A1/M24: 24" for .308 Winchester Chamberings

First time orders require a minimum $300 deposit to confirm. Repeat customers are not required to send a deposit. Cashier's check, personal check, or money order are acceptable. Currently I am not set up for Visa or MasterCard. Foreign orders must be in U.S. Dollars.

Shipping costs in the Continental U.S. is currently at $65. Shipping is normally UPS 3 day or ground. For overnight or second day, there will be an additional charge. Your rifle will be shipped in a boxed Doskocil or Gun Guard hard gun case unless you order a Pelican 1750 Travel Vault. You may send me a case to ship your rifle back to you. All Shipments are fully insured. Overseas shipping, except Hawaii and Puerto Rico, requires my exporter to file papers with the state department and also for you to submit forms required by your police and government agencies.
